About
Two things about the Davis family: we love to travel, and we love a DIY project. Until 2010, those two interests manifested in planning all of our own travel to the best of our ability. That all changed when we ventured out of our comfort zone to embark on a Mediterranean cruise. We knew generally what we wanted, but weren’t sure how to execute all the details. That’s when we reached out to the professionals.
In working with a Brownell Travel Advisor, we realized immediately that we were in the best hands. That’s when Milissa caught the bug and made the shift from finance to travel. She joined Brownell in 2012 as an advisor, and then launched as an affiliate in 2019. Since then, Stuart (her husband) and Ansley (her daughter) have joined the team!
Camellia Bend Luxury Travel is a family-owned and operated luxury travel business based out of coastal Alabama (and Chicago!). We are an affiliate company of Brownell Travel, so our clients get the best of both worlds - access to small-scale individualized attention as well as access to our larger network of premier partners. This balancing act is where the magic happens!
Our family business stemmed from a personal love of travel, and we have loved sharing this passion with others. We recognize that just like each camellia flower is uniquely beautiful, so are our clients. Therefore, our mission is to curate a once-in-a-lifetime trip that fulfills our clients’ every dream and far exceeds their expectations.
