Consultation Fee: From $500 per week of travel for up to 4 travelers. This fee would include the initial consultation, research, proposal development, booking all components of your trip including accommodations, transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, access to VIP experiences, preferred pricing, unique experiences, and assistance in purchasing travel insurance.
Expedited Planning Fee (travel dates within 2 months): TBD based on scope of travel.
Hotel Only Services: Complimentary if you know where you want to stay
Hotel-Only: if we do the research: $100
Cruise: No fee if you know the specific cruise you want to take. Additional fee could be necessary for pre and post cruise planning.
Airline Ticket Issuance: $100 Domestic and $125 International capped at $400 and $500 respectively. Private jet pricing is available upon request.
Cancellation Fee: In the event you cancel your trip under deposit, you will be charged the cancellation fee charged by the hotel, tour company, or other supplier. Fees paid to CBLT are non-refundable, and CBLT reserves the right to charge up to a 15% cancellation fee on top of any additional cancellation fees charged by the suppliers.
CBLT reserves the right to adjust these fees at any time. Effective May 1, 2025.
